Must have credentials acceptable for managed care provider participation - position requires eligibility for reimbursement from all major insurers; candidate must have CNS prescriptive privileges.

This includes identifying and designing a continuum of care that responds to the needs of our senior community while engaging elders and their families. Clinicians gather data, conduct assessments and coordinate treatment planning and program support. Counselors work in our multi-site, residential program that serves behaviorally involved, abused and/or neglected youths from 6 to 18 years of age. Assume shift responsibility as well as provide a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical and mental health of each resident. Assist residents in developing life skills and work as a part of a therapeutic team, establishing communication and support among co-workers. Responsible for the supervision of clients and the coordination and execution of clients’ treatment plans as directed. Junior Counselor requires a High School diploma with a minimum of six (6) months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Senior Counselor requires a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Health, Human Services or Education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Some experience working with adolescents a plus. A valid driver’s license is required

As an assistant in the Department of Institutional Advancement, you will work with the Vice President on the administrative aspects involved with a newly initiated Corporate Communications Program, Capital Campaign ($4 Million), Annual Giving Strategic Plan, Special Events, Marketing, and much more. Responsibilities will include managing database input and research, preparing mailings and reports, preparing reports and information for meetings, regular contact via phone and in-person with volunteers, donors, community leaders, and staff within the agency. (10-15 hours per week – some evening and weekend hours for Special Events)
